Takahisa Yoshida joined Business Consultant Ltd. after graduation in 1978 as an account executive where he proved himself in sales such that he was promoted to Senior Executive Managing Officer in March 2013. His consulting experience encompasses over 20 years with many well-known companies with over 1000 employees. He consulted for IT infrastructure, Machinery, small to middle sized companies and also family businesses. He is still an active consultant spending over 80% of his time in client’s offices.
His main area of expertise is professional development through coaching executives. He also uses process consultation to facilitate changing corporate culture. Recently he implements organizational agility with the latest techniques from Professor Christopher G. Worley with an executive perspective.
