Profile

Miyoshi Hiroyuki received the B.A. in philosophy from University of Tokyo in 1986. From 1986 to 2000,　he joined Hitachi, Ltd. and was engaged in HRD and OD.　From 2001, he has been supporting OD of major companies in Japan as a Process Designer in Scholar Consult Co. , the authority consulting company of process consultation in Japan.　He started the consortium of the organization innovation with the client companies in 2013.　He introduced Peter M. Senge and others’ book“The fifth discipline fieldbook” and “The Dance of Change” to the Japanese business world in Japan.
