Diana Whitneye
Dr. Whitney is a positively powerful keynote speaker and provocative and practical author. She is an author of 17 books, including award-winning books on Appreciative Leadership and Appreciative Inquiry.
Max Watanabe
Max Watanabe is an AI Master Practitioner and an experienced OD consultant using AI and Positive Psychology. He learned and mastered AI under supervision of Diana Whitney and acquired Distinguished Faculty (Master Practitioner) qualification from Diana. He is an only person permitted to teach Diana’s AI related courses in Japan.
Kazuaki Katori
Mr. Kazuaki Katori is OD consultant and experienced facilitator. During his 40 years business career at NTT (telecommunications company), he experienced various top management positions. After retirement, he started his own consulting business using his expertise in the area of the Learning Organization and the Whole Systems Approach. He graduated from Tokyo University and earned MBA from University of Wisconsin.
Mami Yoda
Ms. Mami Yoda is the President of Sanca Process Design. Mami specializes in designing participatory processes to create generative connections and collective intelligence to accelerate systemic change on critical issues. Her current focus includes Appreciative Inquiry and Art of Hosting. She holds a Master of Science in Management from MIT Sloan School of Management.
