Presenter: Andrew Silberman (AMT Group, K.K. President & Chief Enthusiast)
Schedule: 31th August(Sun) 11:00-12:20
Venue: Room No.D302
Summary of presentation
I will deliver an interactive workshop with the goal of helping participants create a culture of “desire for development” in their own or client organizations. I will share the experiences that led me onto the path of professional development, examples of successes and failures with clients, which led to the writing of Get a G.R.I.P.: Andrew’s Ax Guide to Global Readiness®. I will then take participants through one or more exercises designed to awaken the creative spirit and lead to new or renewed enthusiasm for what we do as “developers of organizations.” The session will be highly interactive and engaging, with participants able to share what has worked for themselves and will leave with action plans to encourage themselves and others to commit to professional development at the “next level,” wherever they may find themselves today.
