Born in 1987 in Kobe city.5th year doctoral student (Kouki Katei) at the Graduate School of Business Administration, Kobe university of. My major is organizational behavior and management theory. My thesis supervisor is Toshihiro Kanai, Professor of Organizational Behavior. My current research themes are employee’s proactivity and its managerial implications. Moreover, I am also engaged in the comprehensive literature review of the origins and recent development of OD focusing on socio-technical systems.
