Mr. Murakawa worked on business development at a financial service company, working with his colleagues in the sales field on a form of business development based on listening to the customer’s voice. To solve the problems of agricultural field, he started a new business by creating a new scheme. He felt the joy in solving a social issue together with agricultural producers. He later joined Ashoka Japan out of an increased sympathy for their vision. He has been working for social innovation for development through scouting Ashoka Fellows, and expanding partnerships with external organizations.
